Renewal And Refund Policy

A. Renewal Policy:

1. Automatic Renewal:

  • The agreement for digital marketing services, including PPC, Local SEO, and Social Media Marketing, is automatically renewed for the same period as agreed upon and signed in the service agreement.
  • Customer’s digital marketing services will be subject to automatic renewal unless a termination request is provided.

2. Termination Notice:

  • If the Customer does not wish to renew a specific digital marketing service (PPC, Local SEO, or Social Media Marketing), a written termination request must be provided.
  • Notice of termination should be sent via email to the address specified in the service agreement.
  • It is required to send the termination request at least seven (7) days prior to the renewal date.

3. Failure to Provide Termination Notice:

  • If a termination request is not received at least seven (7) days before the renewal date, the Customer is obligated to renew the respective digital marketing service for the same period and pay all applicable fees.

4. Nonrefundable Fees:

  • All paid or charged fees are nonrefundable.

B. Refund Policy:

PPC Services:

Please note that PPC Services provided by Legit Exposure are nonrefundable in all circumstances. No refunds will be issued except as specified below:

1. Non-Listing on Google’s Search Results:

  • Refunds will be provided if the Customer’s site is not listed in the Ads links on Google’s 1st Page within 2 full business days of the start date.

2. Complete Offline Ad and Unresolved Issue:

  • If the Customer’s ad goes completely offline and is not listed on the Ads links section for 10 consecutive days, and Legit Exposure is unable to resolve the issue, the Customer is entitled to a full refund.
  • The refund will be issued after deducting all advertising expenses spent on the client’s account.
  • A full report of all expenses will be provided to the Customer.

3. Non-Acceptance of Pornographic or Sexually Explicit Material:

  • Legit Exposure does not accept sites with pornographic or sexually explicit material.
  • If a Customer’s site falls into these categories, the service will be declined, and a refund will be provided.

4. Refunds after Cancellation:

  • Refunds will be issued for charges incurred after cancellation, provided the Customer presents a cancellation confirmation code or other proof of previous cancellation.

5. Refunds for Other Circumstances:

  • Refunds will not be provided for any other circumstances not specifically mentioned in this policy.

Local SEO Services:

Please note that Local SEO Services provided by Legit Exposure are nonrefundable in all circumstances. No refunds will be issued except as specified below:

1. Non-Listing on Google’s Search Results:

  • Refunds will be provided if the Customer’s website or Google My Business profile is not listed on Google’s search results within 7 months of availing the Local SEO services.

2. Refunds for Other Circumstances:

  • Refunds will not be provided for any other circumstances not specifically mentioned in this policy.

SEO Services:

Please note that SEO services provided by Legit Exposure are nonrefundable in all circumstances. No refunds will be issued except as specified below:

1. Failure to Achieve Agreed SEO Goals: 

  • Refunds will be provided if the customer’s agreed-upon SEO goals, as outlined in the service agreement, are not achieved. The refund will include the amounts paid up until the present date after deducting all SEO expenses incurred by Legit Exposure. A comprehensive report of all SEO expenses will be sent to the client as confirmation.

2. Non-Performance of Agreed SEO Tasks: 

  • Refunds will not be provided if Legit Exposure fails to perform any specific SEO tasks outlined in the service agreement.

3. Non-Acceptance of Inappropriate Content: 

  • Legit Exposure does not accept or promote inappropriate or prohibited content for SEO purposes. If the customer’s content violates SEO guidelines or includes inappropriate material, the service may be terminated, but no refund will be provided.

4. Refunds for Other Circumstances: 

  • Refunds will not be provided for any other circumstances not specifically mentioned in this policy.

Social Media Marketing Services:

Please note that Social Media Marketing services provided by Legit Exposure are nonrefundable in all circumstances. No refunds will be issued except as specified below:

1. Non-Achievement of Agreed Social Media Goals:

  • Refunds will be provided if the Customer’s agreed social media goals, as outlined in the service agreement, are not achieved.
  • The refund will include the amounts paid up until the present date after deducting all social media marketing expenses spent on the client’s account.
  • A full report of all social media marketing expenses will be sent to the client as confirmation.

2. Non-Performance of Agreed Social Media Tasks:

  • Refunds will not be provided if Legit Exposure fails to perform any specific social media tasks outlined in the service agreement.

3. Non-Acceptance of Inappropriate Content:

  • Legit Exposure does not accept or promote inappropriate or prohibited content on social media platforms.
  • If the Customer’s content violates the guidelines of social media platforms, the service will be terminated, but no refund will be provided.

4. Refunds for Other Circumstances:

  • Refunds will not be provided for any other circumstances not specifically mentioned in this policy.

C. Cancellation and Fees:

1. Early Cancellation:

  • There will be no early cancellation fees associated with the refund as part of our ethics policy.

2. Refunds for Charges Incurred After Cancellation:

  • Refunds will be issued for charges incurred after cancellation, provided a cancellation confirmation code or other proof of previous cancellation is presented.

Please review and understand the policies stated above. It is essential to comply with the terms and conditions mentioned in the service agreement for each specific digital marketing service, including the refund of expenses and cancellation process. All of these policies are an actual part of the signed service agreement by the customer.
